Solbar Bramble

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Ginny’s Gin
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup 2:1

Mix it up

Spoonful of blackberry, lemon compote for garnish

To make compote:
2 cups blackberries
1/2 cup sugar
10 slices of lemon
Vigorously shake ingredients in a quart container and let sit overnight to macerate.

Shake top 3 ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Lay a spoonful of compote on top and watch the color infuse.
